JUST UPDATED NEW FEMA FLOOD MAPS: SUMMARY: Ocean City has 3 properties moving into the V zone and just over 3,000 homes moving from the V zone to the A zone. Great new over all for Ocean City. Stone Harbor was the biggest loser as they added 37 homes into the V zone. Over all in Cape May County there will be an 88% decrease in the V Zones from the Preliminary maps. As suspected panic, fear and hype were all but squashed with the release of these new maps. ONLY took the bureaucrats almost 1 year!-Thx!
