(Aug. 6) America's NIGHT OUT Against Crime, with free carnival style fun for the whole family, is set for the 6th St. and Bay Ave. Richard Grimes Sports Complex from 5 to 9 p.m. It is sponsored by P.B.A. Local #61. The event is open to the public and designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, underscore anti- crime programs and strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community partnerships. Activities scheduled in Ocean City include a dunk tank, face painting, inflatable play sets, flat TV screens with the latest games for children and carnival games with prizes for children. The event is free with refreshments available at a minimal cost.
